It's kind of a funny story. But I will keep it short. Our relationship formed quite quickly after we realised we had similar dreams and aspirations in life. On the top of our bucket list - to sail around the world.
We both work in office jobs and have a real passion for travel and the ocean. What better way to see the world than to sail from one destination to the next. How motivating is it when you know you will not have to drive to work, deal with clients or put up with a co-workers bad mood. Instead you have the ocean to face each day. With an even bigger mood swing than the office co-worker! But then you have the times where the water is still, glistening in the sun. The moments when you realise you are the only human beings as far as the eye can see. The quick dips in the cool ocean, the sunshine drying you off on deck, the tunes blaring off the boat. These are the moments that are so motivating, so inspiring.
How amazing would it be to find that place where you can feel free and unattached from the world. To be out in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by nothing but endless oceans and to breathe in the fresh salty air would be simply bliss. To anchor at a deserted beach and roam the sands of paradise. To be so close with mother nature each day and to hear the waves lap against the boat as you drift off to sleep each night.
There is no dream we are more passionate about than traveling from one inspiring place to the next.
